The Romeo Ferraris team have offered Oliver Webb the opportunity to test the Alfa Romeo Giulia TCR during the latest test session at Vallelunga, where the British driver joined Stefano Coletti.

Webb has a solid background in Endurance and GT racing, after having shone in single-seater formula series such as Formula 3, Formula Renault 3.5 and Indy Lights. The Briton has already experienced electric cars, having raced the Jaguar E-Pace in Berlin last year and tested with Formula E.

“I'm very grateful to Michela Cerruti and Mario Ferraris for giving me the opportunity to test the Giulia ETCR by Romeo Ferraris. Undoubtedly, it is an extremely innovative car and format. I didn't have experience with a touring car before, and it was great fun. I could test the car with different outputs, 300, 450 and 500 KW, both on the long and short layouts of the track. I felt immediately at ease with the team and the staff and that has made adjusting quite easy, in a context and a track that were new to me," said Webb.
